Topic: Behavior Based Safety 101!

Stan will discussing the nature of providing risk management solutions for customers in all industries, with a special emphasis on customer-focused behavioral safety solutions.

Speaker Background:

Stan joined INSURICA in 2015 as a member of the Risk Management Services team. He provided risk managment systems for customers in all industries. His primary focus is large employers and working them to improve their risk profiles and implement custom-tailored safety & risk management plans.

As a true life-long risk management professional, Stan has over 3 decades of experience working with safety & loss prevention. He has worked with a variety of clients such as national insurance carriers and regional manager with a number of safety consulting groups. His focus is his clients by providing tailored risk managements services, including risk assessments, consulting services, and safety training.

Stan has a BS in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University with a focus on Fire Protections and Safety. In 1991, he obtained his CSP designation which is regarded as the premiere designation in the safety industry. He is a 25-year member of ASSE and has previously served as both Chapter President and Secretary for the South Texas Chapter.
